Rebecca Thompson is a Clarity + Confidence Coach who is on a mission to help high achieving women of color get the clarity to discover what lights them up, the confidence to chase their wildest dreams, and take the action to create a life they love. She has inspired women around the world with her story. From losing an election for state representative by just 6 votes on Election Day to quitting her job, selling everything she owned, and buying a one-way ticket to Malaysia – Rebecca shares her powerful journey of how she traveled around the world and back to find herself, how she created her dream job that allows her to work at home in her pajamas with her dog, (and replaced and doubled the six-figure income from her job), and attracted love – all by living in her light.

In her signature talk, “6 Ways to Live In Your Light” Rebecca helps high achieving women of color get the clarity to discover:

– What truly lights them up so they can do the work they love every single day (and ACTUALLY get paid what they are worth)

– How to break the destructive patterns and limiting beliefs that are keeping you safe, stuck, and broke.

– How to show up as not just your best self, but as your most authentic self, so you can attract everything that is waiting for you.

As a Clarity + Confidence Coach Rebecca has worked with small groups of 10 up to large audiences of thousands, including at colleges and universities, women’s organizations, leadership, political and fellowship programs, and non-profit organizations.
